In this position, managed an office, course schedule and budget for nine M.A. and Ph.D. programs, including a satellite program at the University of the Southern Caribbean. As a graduate assistant, I supervised undergraduate writing center consultants including hiring, mentoring, and training. To help the consultants understand our two of the larger client populations, I worked with the administrators of the Student Success Center and Center for Intensive English Programs to set up workshops during our staff meetings to find ways to connect with these clients.
